Scotties’ chips in at Kenmac Family Golf Tournament at Belvedere

Golfers from every age group teed off at the The Kenmac Family Golf Tournament at the Belvedere golf course on Thursday, July 15th.Robbie Doherty, Director of Community Events, set up an information booth displaying ticketing information on the 2011 Scotties Tournament of Hearts.
Throughout the day volunteers enjoyed some laughs, food and drinks while creating a buzz that while golf season may soon be coming to an end, curling is just around the corner.
Participants were encouraged to pick up a broom once retiring their putters and to get involved in what is sure to be an unforgettable event for Charlottetown.
