It’s Beginning to Look at Lot Like Championship Curling!

The “Big Christmas Trade Show” always draws thousands of people to Exhibition Park in Lethbridge to view an amazing assortment of holiday gifts.  The annual show attracts more than 250 craftspeople and exhibitors from across the province. This year the event included everything from arts and crafts to jellies and jams… as well as tickets to the 2012 Ford World Women’s Curling Championship! The Ford World Women’s promotional team was there December 2 – 3 to promote the Rocks in Your Socks ticket package.  It’s a great stocking stuffer for the holiday season featuring a pair of seats to one of the first 17 draws for just $39. Two of the key volunteers who were unable to attend were Host Committee Chair Jody Meli and Trish Wallace, Vice-Chair of Hosting – only because they were in Cranbrook for the weekend doing their own promotional work at the Capital One Canada Cup.  The promotional team will also be making the trip to Red Deer for the 2012 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, February 18 – 26. “You Gotta Be There” to see the best women’s teams in the world compete in the ENMAX Centre, March 17 – 25.  Tickets are available now by clicking here.
