Canada Opens Against U.S.A at the Ford World Women’s Curling Championship

The official draw for the 2012 Ford World Women’s Curling Championship – March 17-25 in the Lethbridge ENMAX Centre – has now been released.

Canada is scheduled to take on the United States on Saturday of opening weekend at 7:00 pm. The next day, Team Canada will face China in the 2:30 p.m. afternoon draw followed by Switzerland at 7:30 p.m. Other key matches for the home team include Sweden, Tuesday at 8:00 p.m., Germany on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m., and the wrap-up of round robin play against Scotland 7:00 p.m. Thursday.
