I want to pick my exact seat(s). How do I do that?
Order your tickets online or by phone at 888-234-2334. If you order online you can also print your ticket at home at no charge, after receiving your order confirmation.
Now that I ordered my tickets can I still take advantage of the Orleans Hotel and Casino’s special Continental Cup room rates?
Yes. You can book your room(s) online at www.orleanscasino.com or by calling 800-675-3267. Don’t forget to use the special code CURLING.
I’d like to make one phone call to book my hotel and tickets. Can I do that?
Yes you can! Just call 800-675-3267 and mention the Continental Cup with the special code CURLING. You’ll be able to choose from three different prime ticket location sections of the arena and book your room all at once. Please note: You will not be able to pick your exact seats with this option. To see the selected sections of the arena (Categories A, B and C), click here. You will be notified by email, of your specific seat location(s) within two weeks of placing your order.
Is smoking permitted in Orleans hotel rooms?
The hotel has one floor where smoking is allowed. Please mention your special request when speaking with a reservationist or choose “non-smoking” or “smoking” when reserving your room online.
Can I purchase an all-inclusive package including airfare?
We have been working diligently with Canadian and U.S. air carriers to put together an all-inclusive package including airfare. At this time, due to airline’s restrictions and scheduling such a package is not available. We may have this offering at a later date.
When will I receive my tickets?
If you ordered your tickets online, you can get them almost immediately by printing them right at home….and it’s free! If you would rather have tickets mailed, you will have a number of options with varying delivery times and fees. If you ordered your tickets as part of your Orleans hotel package, you will be notified of their specific location within two weeks of ordering and will receive your tickets upon check-in.
