On every competition day, a shuttle service will be available in the morning before the first draw and after the end of the last draw between the hotel and the competition venue. To confirm that you will use the Défi sportif AlterGo transportation service, a reservation form MUST be completed and sent before April 11th 2014, otherwise, transportation must be arranged on your own and at your expense. Choice #1 – $70.00/per day/per person – includes breakfast and dinner at the hotel and lunch at the competition venue. Price also includes taxes and gratuities.
Choice #2 – $105.00/ per person for seven (7) lunches (one per day) at the competition venue.
You must make the reservation of your package before March 25th 2014 by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not want to buy the meal packages, it is possible to order lunch boxes that will be delivered to the venue. To do so, you must click the link below and complete the form: www.defisportif.com/en/athletes/services.php. In order to help us make this service efficient, please send your order before April 11, 2014. For your last minute needs, you may still order lunch boxes by sending the form 24 to 48 hours in advance. Note: if you do not choose to purchase one of the meals packages or lunch boxes, you will be responsible to buy your own lunches outside of the competition venue.
A Défi sportif AlterGo lounge is open to all every evening at the hotel.
At the competition venue, a team of physiotherapists is available for medical emergencies.
