Sijia debuts at Ford World Women’s

Liu Sijia will be making her first appearance at the top level of competitive curling when she skips Team China in Saint John, March 15-23 for the 2014 Ford World Women’s Curling Championship, presented by Booster Juice. Sijia has represented the country in previous international events, skipping in the 2010 world junior women’s curling championships, and as a member of the Chinese world mixed doubles teams in 2011 and 2012. She also won gold at the 2010 Pacific junior championship, playing third for her present lead Jinli Liu, and silver at the 2010 Pacific women’s championships as second for Bingyu Wang. She will lead teammates Jiang Yilun, Wang Rui and Liu for the Ford World Women’s in Harbour Station. “You Gotta Be There” best in the game compete in Saint John for the 2014 Ford World Women’s Curling Championship.
