Canadian Curling Association on board with Bell Let’s Talk Day
OTTAWA — There will be a few noticeable changes on the Canadian Curling Association’s website (www.curling.ca) tomorrow, Feb. 12, beginning at 12:01 a.m. EST.
Bell Canada, the official telecommunications partner of the CCA, will have a major presence on the website for 24 hours to promote its third annual Bell Let’s Talk Day, an initiative to raise awareness of mental health.
“We’re pleased to be able to offer support to this great cause,” said Greg Stremlaw, the Chief Executive Officer of the CCA. “We have an extensive partnership with Bell Canada, and this is a great opportunity to bring awareness to a worthy endeavour.”
As part of Bell Let’s Talk Day, Bell will donate five cents to mental health initiatives for every text message sent on the Bell and Bell Aliant networks, for every Tweet that features the #BellLetsTalk hashtag, and for every Facebook share of a Bell Let’s Talk image.
