We hope you’re just as excited as we are to see our Canadian athletes compete in Sochi! Have you ever thought about winning a gold medal or thought about how you would react when you won? cca_fb_cover_sochi-2 Now’s your chance! We are holding a contest where you get to show us how you would react to winning a gold medal in Sochi! Excited? Stunned? Overwhelmed? Speechless? What would your gold medal celebration look like? Enter a photo or a video (30 seconds or less) of your reaction to winning into the contest for your chance to win! What’s on the line? Two Team Canada podium jackets and two Ron Burgundy Tim Hortons Roar of the Rings accreditation badges signed by Ron Burgundy (Will Ferrell). How can you enter?
  1. Send us you photos and videos via email to [email protected] and include “Gold Medal Celebration” in the subject line.
  2. Post your photo/video on the CCA’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/ccacurling).
  3. Post your photo/video on Twitter using the hashtag #CCAcelebration in your tweet.

ENTRY PERIOD: The contest begins at 1 p.m. ET on February 10, 2014, and ends at 1 p.m. ET on Feb. 22, 2014. 
HOW TO ENTER: Four prize winners will be decided in our photo/video contest. Fans can enter by emailing photos and/or videos of what their gold medal celebration would look like to [email protected] during the promotion period. Email subject line must contain the words “Gold Medal Celebration”.
 You can also enter a picture or video via Facebook private message or posting directly onto the CCA’s Facebook page (www.facebook.com/ccacurling) or Twitter using the hashtag #CCAcelebration. 
All entries become the sole property of Canadian Curling Association and none will be returned for any reason. All entries must be received during the Contest Period by the appropriate deadlines. Entries will be declared invalid if they are late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, irregular, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered, garbled, mechanically or electronically reproduced, or tampered with in any way. ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open only to Canadian residents, excluding Quebec. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of the Canadian Curling Association, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, distributors, suppliers, advertising, fulfillment, judging, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, and spouse of each) and those living in their same households are ineligible. Contest may only be entered from and in eligible jurisdictions. In the event of a dispute about the identity of an entrant, each entry will be declared made by the registered account holder of the email account from which the entry was generated. With respect to any winning entry, the winner may be required to provide the Canadian Curling Association with proof that the person is the registered account holder of the email account associated with the winning entry. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges which are final and binding in all respects. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the contest.
 All decisions of Canadian Curling Association are final and binding in all matters as they relate to this Contest and the award of any prize. SELECTION OF WINNER: Winner will be selected on Mar. 3, 2014, in a random drawing from among all eligible photo entries received. The drawing will be conducted by the Canadian Curling Association, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Contest and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. The Canadian Curling Association reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.
 Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified via email and must meet all eligibility requirements. Return of a prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or inability of the Canadian Curling Association to contact a potential winner within seventy-two (72) hours of selection, may result in disqualification of such potential winner, and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing at the Canadian Curling Association’s discretion. In the event a winner declines a prize, the Canadian Curling Association may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner by random drawing.
