We want to hear from YOU!

Curling Canada’s Season of Champions series of championship events is gearing up for the 2016-17 season, and as much as the Season of Champions is about curling, it’s also about you, our amazing fans!

We’re always interested in what you have to say, any kind of feedback that will improve our championship events, and now your feedback has the chance to land you and a companion at one of our Season of Champions events!

A committee including staff, members of the Curling Canada Board of Governors, our Member Associations as well as three-time Tim Hortons Brier champ Nolan Thiessen is examining all aspects of how we run our Season of Champions events, including the Tim Hortons Brier, Scotties Tournament of Hearts, Ford World Men’s and Women’s Championships, Home Hardware Canada Cup, World Financial Group Continental Cup and the Canadian Juniors.

As part of what’s being called the Event Model Review, we’re looking for your input as well, and not only do you have the chance to help our sport, you can win two tickets to the 2016-17 Season of Champions event of your choice (in Canada).

“Curling is a major part of our championships, but the fan experience also is a crucial aspect in the success of those championships, and we want to make sure that experience is top-notch,” said Kathy Henderson, Chief Executive Officer of Curling Canada. “So, please, let us know what we’re doing right, what we’re doing wrong and how we can get better. That’s always our goal.”

The fan survey, as well as details of the contest, can be accessed by CLICKING HERE. You have until Sept. 10 to fill out the survey and be eligible to win the grand prize.

“As a player, there was nothing like playing a big game in front of a big, excited crowd, and that’s what makes Curling Canada’s events so special,” said Thiessen. “I’m really looking forward to hearing what the fans have to say as we continue to look for ways to make the Season of Champions events even better.”
