What a summer for Capital One Rocks & Rings! Despite curling ice having melted away kids were still learning about curling as we visited summer camps, birthday parties and even street festivals across Canada. It was a great way to beat the heat even though the temperatures were soaring.
Whitney Boles is the Toronto Rocks & Rings instructor and is in her second year with Rock Solid Productions. The Capital One Rocks & Rings program reached over 30 summer camps this July and August, and Whitney is here to share some of her summer camp curling adventures.
It has been a few years coming, but with rapid growth and schools requesting to repeat the Capital One Rocks & Rings Program year after year, we have developed a second year program to keep things fresh and advance the kids’ learning.
