Manitoba’s Kelly Robertson and New Brunswick’s Heidi Hanlon were undefeated in round-robin play after four days of competition at the World Seniors Curling Championships taking place at the 7-sheet Taarnby Curling Club, in Kastrup, on the outskirts of Copenhagen. The event got underway on Sunday, April 14, with 14 women’s and 23 men’s teams competing for this year’s medals.
What a finish to the round robin portion of the Canadian Senior Men’s Curling Championship in Abbotsford, BC. Going into the final draw, Alberta was guaranteed a bye to the final while four other teams at 7-3 were toughing it out for the berths in the semi finals.

The Canadian Curling Association today announced a number of sites for future Canadian championships, not only for the 2010-2011 season, but for following seasons as well.
