Two skips in the field for the 2012 Capital One Canada Cup of Curling have the opportunity to establish history as the first women to lead their teams to three event championships.
Last season’s top seven women’s teams have qualified for the right to play for the championship title at the 2012 Capital One Canada Cup of Curling November 28-December 2 in Moose Jaw.
After a three-year absence, Michelle Englot will be returning to the Scotties Tournament of Hearts as skip of the Saskatchewan entry at this year’s Red Deer shootout.
The Stefanie Lawton team is arriving in Langley early in preparation for the World Financial Group Continental Cup of Curling – and one of the first orders of business is to sign autographs for fans Tuesday, January 10 at Save-On-Foods.
