The promotions team for the 2012 Scotties Tournament of Hearts will be on the scene at community events across Central Alberta in upcoming months – meeting with fans and handing out Scotties products and a host of event materials.
Team Canada is the first to qualify for the 2012 Scotties Tournament of Hearts in Red Deer February 18 – 26. Amber Holland will lead her team of Kim Schneider, Tammy Schneider and Heather Kalenchuk into the Enmax Centrium to defend the national title.
This is one to remember . . . down the road at the Scotties Tournament Of Hearts. It’ll be a trivia question soon enough: Name the first provincial champion ever to win a bronze-medal playoff match at the Scotties.
