When it comes to championship curling, it’s the fans that really put the fun into the game – and the competitors are the first to recognize just how important they are to the success of every event.
Curling is a sport where even at the elite level, a special relationship has evolved between athletes and fans. There are countless opportunities for face-to-face interaction throughout the Scotties Tournament of Hearts.

The HeartStop – the legendary heartbeat of the party for Canada’s curling crowd – will be located at the Kingston Memorial Centre, 303 York Street. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided for the ride from the K-Rock Centre.
If you’ve never had the experience of the HeartStop, it’s one you don’t want to miss. Open from 11:00 am until the late hours of the night, the party rocks all day every day to the sounds of some our country’s hottest live acts. Enjoy the wide array of food and refreshments and meet the most passionate and colourful fans in the sporting world.
For those who have too much fun…. options will be available to ensure a safe ride home.

| The celebration starts off with Fan Appreciation Night Friday, February 15 in the HeartStop. All the competitors will be on hand to meet with the fans – and join the official kick-off for the weeklong party. An exclusive invitation comes with the purchase of a full event pass. | Up Close and Personal interviews featuring the curlers and personalities from the curling world take place daily in the HeartStop. It’s a casual discussion in a relaxing environment where the fans ask the questions… and you can bet on some surprises when you hear the comments that come back! |

| Fans can meet with all the athletes once again at Team Autograph sessions in HeartStop. Each day a different group sits down to sign on the line for the crowds. If you miss any of your favourites during the week, an all-team session will take place on championship weekend. | Get in on the action for Cool Shots – the small-scale version of the roaring game played on shuffleboard style tables. Daily cash prizes are on the line and the winners go back to play for the big money on championship weekend. The best part is… you can sign up to play for free! |

| If you love the excitement of live championship curling, but at the same time appreciate the expert analysis of the TSN commentators… you can have it both ways! TSN coverage for all televised draws at Season of Champions events is carried live on FM radio. Just tune in to the broadcast while you enjoy the action on the ice. Portable radios will be on sale at the event merchandise store. |
