Biography / Biographie:

In February of 1988, Linda and her team became the first Canadian curlers to win gold medals at the Olympic Winter Games. The Olympic success marked the end of an outstanding playing career for the North Vancouver native which included appearances at the 1984, 1984 and 1986 Scott Tournament of Hearts which was highlighted by the Canadian and world titles in 1985.

In 1990 Linda was introduced into the B.C. Sports Hall of Fame and is an honorary member of the North Shore Winter Club. Best known as a color commentator on TSN, she was also the Curling Development Coordinator for British Columbia.
