Lee ‘Little Mouse’ Tobin of Westmount, Quebec was the Canadian Lassie champion in 1975, the Quebec ladies champion in 1970, 1972, 1973 and 1975 and the Quebec mixed champion in 1976. Lee was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1979.
