Q. Why did I receive a Season of Champions Rewards Program Welcome Kit?
A. As a thank you to those that purchased Full Event or Double Impact ticket packages for either the 2012 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, 2012 Tim Hortons Brier, or 2012 Ford World Women’s Curling Championship, we have included an automatic membership into this exciting program.

Q. Do I have to activate my membership?
A. If you have received the Season of Champions Rewards Card attached to the Welcome Letter, there is nothing for you to do as your membership is pre-activated. If you have purchased multiple Ticket Packages, you will see additional Postcards inserted within the Welcome Kit, which can be redeemed online by following the instructions on the Postcard.

Q. What do I do with the Postcard in my package if there is no “Unique Registration Number”?
A. Unfortunately, there was an error at the printing house that caused the Unique Registration Number to not be printed on some Postcards. A follow up mailing has been sent out with updated Postcard(s) and if you have not received that by August 1, 2011, please contact us via email at socrewards@curling.ca

Q. I received an apology letter with some Postcards, but I didn’t receive my original Welcome Kit. What do I do?
A. As identified above in the Mailout Advisory, the recent strike by Canada Post may have delayed the arrival of your original Welcome Kit. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery and if you have not received it by then, please contact us via email at socrewards@curling.ca
