The Dominion Curling Club Championship is an annual event for men’s and women’s curling teams who have won their respective local club championships. Wining teams from the event will be “The Dominion Club Champions” and play down to produce a provincial/territory champion from all 10 provinces and 3 territories, plus a separate entry for Northern Ontario, who will then compete at the national level.
In 2013, the Fort William Curling Club will host the Canadian Championship from November 18-23. The 5th annual championship is sure to be a memorable event as we curl up in the heart of Canada and take the championship to Northern Ontario for the first time with Host Chairs, World Champions, Heather Houston and Rick Lang.
This event is the ultimate experience for club curlers. Provincial and Territory Champions receive a championship banner to hang proudly in your home club, travel, hotel accommodations, many meals and Provincial/Territorial on-ice jackets and shirts all courtesy of The Dominion.
