Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Minimum High School graduation.
• At least 3-years related experience in a related role and environment
• Ability to operate equipment such as, but not limited to, Power Lift Equipment: Raymond Reach
Truck experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Shipping, Receiving and Warehousing.
• Good ability to multi-task with good organizational and prioritization skills.
• Good ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment which may include shift
changes and product variation.
• Good level of tact and diplomacy re: dealing with Customer Service issues.
• Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Ability to work under moderate pressure to meet tight deadlines imposed by circumstances
beyond own control.
• Team player able to relate with all levels of staff

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Order Fulfillment (60%)
Picks and prepares all orders for shipping in a timely and accurate manner in
order to ensure customer needs are met and shipping costs are contained.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Receives orders to be picked and picks from stock according to specifications
• Uses Power Lift equipment to manage inventory.
• Assembles products as required and in accordance with assembly instructions.

• Checks systems for shipping specifications and prepares orders and appropriate
documents for shipping in accordance with customer requirements, ensuring the product is packed
utilizing the most effective methods for product protection and space conservation and ensures
correct shipping labels are attached.
• Ensures order pickups are arranged with transport carriers via regular pickup. When transport
carriers are used, assist the driver with loading truck(s). If an order is customer pickup, assist
the customer with loading, if necessary, in a fast and courteous manner.
• Liaises with Customer Service team on a regular basis to clarify customer requests and/or to
provide order information that needs to be communicated to the customer regarding order
fulfillment to keep the customer up to date on the status of their order(s)

Inventory Control (15%)
Performs a variety of inventory-related tasks to ensure accurate data is available for the fulfillment of
orders and costing and valuation purposes. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Reviews stock levels daily and refills pick faces, as necessary.
• Performs cycle counts as assigned.
• Participates in the annual inventory process.
Receiving (10%)
Receives all incoming products, including but not limited to, new products, customer returns and
unsold products from events, in a timely manner ensuring accuracy and quality of received goods.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Receives goods and checks bill of lading from transport carrier and checks against items being
received for accuracy.
• Checks shipment for crushed boxes or damages indicates on the bill of lading and obtains driver’s
signature.
• Reports any discrepancies immediately to Warehouse Manager.
• Restocks products in the appropriate pick faces and/or racking area in a timely and accurate
manner.

Administration (5%)
• Maintains all related files in an accurate and updated manner
• Performs all other related duties and special projects as assigned.
