Ford World Men’s Volunteers Visit Halloween Celebration

The spirit of the 2013 Ford World Men’s Curling Championship was shining bright at Victoria’s largest Halloween festival held at Galey Farms October 29. The Ford World Men’s volunteers were there for the Festival of Fear, greeting the large crowds of parents and children on hand to tour the Carn-Evil haunted house, the Cornfield of Horror and take a ride on the Crazy Train. They also contributed to the evening’s entertainment by bringing along the popular Ford World Men’s tabletop curling game.  Everyone had a chance to play the small-scale version of the roaring game and pick up Halloween treats from the hosts. The promotions team has plans to attend a wide range of events throughout the Greater Victoria region over the next two months.  You might just get your chance to test your skills on the curling table! “You Gotta Be There” for the 2013 Ford World Men’s Curling Championship, March 30-April 7 at the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre.  Great seats are still available to see the biggest names in the game… get yours right now by clicking here.
