Team Canada Schedule Released for World Curling Championship

While it remains to be determined who will represent Canada at the 2013 Ford World Men’s Curling Championship, March 30-April 7 in Victoria, curling fans now know when the home team will take to the ice in round robin competition.

Team Canada has three games slated for the opening weekend in the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre, starting with the Saturday 2 p.m. draw and the 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. draws on Sunday. During the week the Canadian representatives will play Monday at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.; Tuesday at 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.; Wednesday at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.; and Thursday 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. to close out the round robin. The complete schedule, including the opponents for all games, will be posted on the Ford World Men’s Curling Championship website when it is finalized.
