Here are some ANSWER to you questions
Q. Where will my cutout be located? Can I choose my seat as if I was actually attending to the series of events?
A. Allocated seats for cutouts are limited and seating locations will be chosen at random; unfortunately, any seat requests cannot be accommodated.
Q. If I purchase more than one cutout will they be seated together?
A. We will make every effort to keep cutouts purchased through any single transaction seated together, however due to seating section aisles and staircases, we cannot guarantee side-by-side seating. Please note that you are fully responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions, consents, and rights required to submit an image and purchase a cutout on behalf of someone else. You will also be required to agree to the Curling Canada Fan Cutout Release Waiver on behalf of yourself and the other person.
Q. Will I be in the same seat for the duration of Curling Canada’s condensed series of Season of Champions championship events?
A. It is our intention to retain seat locations throughout the series of championships, however we cannot guarantee that seats will not need to be rearranged.
Q. Is there a chance my cutout will become famous by being on TV?
A. There’s no guarantee, but it is likely there will be some “fan shots” on broadcast.
Q. Once in place, can you tell me exactly where my cutout is seated?
A. Unfortunately, we will not be able to share the exact seat number your cutout is placed in; however, you may be able to find your cutout location on broadcast or through @curlingcanada social media channels.
Q. With my cutout purchase I opted to pay for shipping and handling to have my cutout returned to me; when can I expect to receive my cutout?
A. Once the series of events is complete, your cutout will be removed, sorted, packaged and shipped to the address you provided at the time of purchase. We thank you in advance for your patience on the timeline to receive your cutout, as it will require time to be safely packaged and shipped to your home.
Q. I’ve purchased my cutouts how do I share my photo?
A. At time of purchase, you will have received an automated acknowledgment of your transaction, including additional details on how to submit your best fan cutout photo. Separately, within one business day of your purchase, you will receive a detailed personal email with instructions on how to submit a single photo per purchased cutout. Please email [email protected] if there are any questions or concerns with either the automated or follow up emails.
Q. How do I ensure the best quality photo for my cutout?

Q. Can more than one person be in each cutout?
A. This is your time to shine! Unfortunately, all submitted photos must be of just one individual. Please reference our Photo Submission Guidelines for tips on taking the best photo.
Q. I sent the wrong photo by accident; can I change it?
A. Fans are required to submit their best photo on their first submission and photo changes cannot be accommodated.
Q. What happens if the condensed series of Curling Canada Season of Champions championships events gets cancelled or partially cancelled? Will refunds be provided?
A. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue refunds if the event is delayed, cancelled or halted before the series of events is completed; however, if you opted to have your cutout returned to you via mail that request will be honoured.
Q. Can I submit a photo of my baby or pet?
A. Yes fans are permitted to purchase a cutout and submit a photo for their baby or pet as long as it meets our Photo Submission Guidelines. In the case of a minor child, you must be the parent/legal guardian of the minor child whose photo you are submitting and you will be required to agree to the Curling Canada Fan Cutout Release Waiver on behalf of yourself and the minor child.
