I placed a $100 deposit on full event ticket packages during the bid process, what is the refund process?

All customers will receive a full refund. For those that purchased via the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) system, the refund will be automatically credited to the credit card used to place the deposit.  For those that purchased through the Ottawa Valley Curling Association (OVCA), OSEG will send each customer the applicable form to fill out and then the refund will be issued directly.  For any additional questions, please contact either OSEG at (613) 232-6767 or your OVCA representative Anne Davis at [email protected].
