Where can I buy tickets?
Ticket packages are not on sale yet. With the uncertainty of the COVID-19 situation, the on-sale date will be announced later in 2020. Once on sale, ticket packages will available online, by phone and at the TD Place box office.
I placed a $100 deposit on full event ticket packages during the bid process, when will I get the opportunity to finalize our purchase and select our seats?
Again, with the uncertainty of the COVID-19 situation, the on-sale date will be announced later in 2020. All deposit holders will be contacted in advance of the public on-sale for an advanced opportunity to complete their purchase and select their seats.
Are there any other fees or taxes applied to the ticket price?
HST is included in the ticket price. Standard facility and ticketing service fees are applied to the ticket price at the time of purchase. Fee amounts vary by ticket offer.
Are ticket purchases refundable?
All ticket sales are final. Please be sure you have selected the proper event and seat locations prior to completing your order.
When will I receive my tickets?
There is a delivery delay in place on all delivery methods until dates and times of individual draws are confirmed. Packages are expected to be mailed no earlier than December 2020. You will receive a confirmation of purchase at the time of your transaction.
Will there be youth (under 18) ticket prices?
Single draw tickets for youth 17 years of age and younger will be available in the fall at a price of $15. Valid identification may be requested for entry to the event.
Is there anything else I should know when buying a ticket?
As this event is televised live, certain production elements such as cameras will be located on the field of play and may occasionally be within your line of sight.
