The St. Paul Curling Club is looking for a Head Ice Technician to join our team and help continue our proud 100+ year legacy. The SPCC is an active eight-sheet facility with the largest membership roster in the United States. The club operates from October through May and conducts up to four draws per day during the winter season. The club also provides clubroom and ice rental for private and corporate groups several days per week.
The Head Ice Technician is a critical member of the SPCC team and plays a lead role in maintaining and improving the quality of curling ice at the club. Ice Technician Level 1 Certification or equivalent experience is required. The SPCC supports continuing education and expects the Head Ice Technician to increase proficiency via course work or ice-making participation at state, national, and international events. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
