Curling Canada has launched a redesigned version of its official website, curling.ca, to deliver a more modern, accessible and intuitive experience for fans, athletes, coaches and Member Associations.

The updated site features a fresh design, streamlined navigation and improved performance across all devices. The relaunch marks the first phase of a broader digital strategy aimed at strengthening and enhancing access to services across all levels of the sport.

“This redesigned website is a foundational step in Curling Canada’s broader digital strategy. We’re not just improving what fans and stakeholders see today — we’re building a platform that will evolve with the sport and better serve our community in the years ahead,” said Curling Canada CEO Nolan Thiessen. “Our goal was to create a site that reflects the needs of Canada’s curling community — from first-time players to world-class athletes. This redesign is about making the user experience better and curling journey accessible and connected for everyone involved.”

Updated navigation optimizes the user experience, allowing users to find what matters most to them in a fast and efficient way. It also focuses on enhancing the experience for fans seeking events, tickets, and live scores. Content is reorganized according to the needs of user groups, allowing easy access to resources for curling fans, recreational curlers, curling administrators and professionals, and high-performance athletes.

Built on an updated backend, the site is designed to support future digital services and features. Planned developments include online training modules, membership portals, and enhanced integration with Curling Canada’s data and competition systems.

This first phase establishes a foundation for ongoing updates and improvements as Curling Canada continues its commitment to innovation, accessibility and national engagement in the sport.

The website maintains full multilingual support in both English and French versions. Feedback from key stakeholders helped inform design and functionality decisions, ensuring the platform reflects the needs of the curling community.
