For The Love Of Curling Fundraising Contest

The For The Love Of Curling Fundraising contest launched October 1, 2015 and will help grow youth curling in Canada.

Each year, the Travelers Curling Club Championship holds a contest for clubs to raise the most money in support of a great charity.

In 2015, the Travelers Curling Club Championship is thrilled to be raising money to support youth curling across Canada, through the Curling Canada Foundation.

There are great prizes to be won for the club that raises the most money. The top fundraising club will receive a cash grant of $6,000 for improvements to their club. There will also be four additional draws for $1,000 cash prizes for club improvements.

The contest is open to all clubs competing at the 2015 Travelers Curling Club Championship in Ottawa on November 23 to 28, 2015. Visit the Fundraising website and support your local team

But the real winners will be the kids!

With every donation, Curling Canada will be able to offer more junior curling programs, like the Curling Canada Rocks & Rings program, in schools and communities, across the country.

Since it started, Rocks & Rings has introduced curling to over 800,000 children-including over 180,000 children last year alone. With your help, this year they will have reached 1 million kids who might not ever have the chance to try curling.

Support one of the competing Travelers Curling Club Championship teams today and get kids curling!

Silent Auction

During the Travelers Curling Club Championship, there will be a silent auction hosted in the lobby of the Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club. Each competing team will bring a unique regional item from their community for auction. In addition there will be Season of Champions tickets, swag and other prizes to bid on.

The silent auction will be open all week at the Ottawa Hunt and Golf Club. All funds raised will also go towards the Curling Canada Rocks & Rings program.

Come and check out the prizes November and help get more kids curling.
