Single-draw tickets for 2027 Scotties in Charlottetown on sale Oct. 8

Prince Edward Island curling fans have been showing their excitement over the long-awaited return of the most famous women’s national curling championship in the world.

Ticket packages for the 2027 Scotties Tournament of Hearts, scheduled for Feb. 12-21 at the Eastlink Centre in Charlottetown, have been selling extremely well, and the demand for the best seats in the arena will be even higher when single-draw tickets go on sale Thursday, Oct. 8, at 11 a.m. (all times Atlantic).

Keep in mind, those ticket packages were selling without advance knowledge of the schedule, but draw times are now set for the three pre-qualified teams as well as the team that will represent the host province, Prince Edward Island. So, you’ll have to act quickly when single-draw tickets are made available to ensure you have your seats locked down to watch your favourite teams on the ice.

Reigning champions Team Kerri Einarson (Gimli, Man.) along with Canadian Team Ranking System (CTRS) 2025-26 qualifiers Team Rachel Homan (Ottawa) and Team Taylor Reese-Hansen, are already planning their trips to Charlottetown, where they’ll join 14 Member Association champions along with the top-ranked team on the 2026-27 CTRS that didn’t qualify through provincial/territorial playdowns.

While the rest of the schedule won’t be completed until the rest of the teams qualify, we can tell you that opening weekend will have no shortage of huge games. It’ll begin on the opening Friday night when P.E.I. takes on Team Ontario-Homan at 7:30 p.m. in the same arena where Homan played in her first Scotties, in 2011.

And the action won’t stop during the opening weekend, as both P.E.I. and Team Ontario-Homan will be in action three times out of the six scheduled draws, as will Team Canada-Einarson.

Pool play will continue through to Thursday, Feb. 18, and two highlighted draws that day will feature Team Canada-Einarson playing Team B.C.-Reese-Hansen at 7:30 p.m., while in the afternoon draw at 2:30, Team Ontario-Homan will play the final CTRS qualifying team.

Single-draw tickets start at $21, and go up to $65 depending on the draw and seat location. Youth tickets are just $10 or $15 for all draws. Curling Canada is committed to providing affordable options so the entire family can enjoy this world-class event. Watch for more Valentine’s Day, Super Bowl Sunday, and Islander Day promotions in the weeks leading up to the Scotties.
