Frequently Asked Questions

Can I purchase my tickets by phone?
Yes! To purchase tickets by phone, call 1-877-985-2875.

What are the restrictions on the FLEX package vouchers for the Tim Hortons Brier?

Vouchers can only be redeemed in person at the Scotiabank Saddledome box office during regular business hours starting November 27th. Customers should redeem early for best selection. We cannot guarantee a specific seat until the voucher has been physically redeemed. As a result, these offers may not be the most suitable packages for customers that are unable to get to the box office in advance to redeem. Single draw tickets for draws 1 to 5 will be available starting November 27th and for all remaining draws starting January 23rd.

What does subject to availability at time of redemption for Tim Hortons Brier FLEX vouchers mean?
Because we cannot guarantee specific seats until the voucher has been physically redeemed, your selection is based on what seats are available when you arrive at the box office to redeem. Customers waiting until the day of the event may have limited selection. If a draw sells out, vouchers would need to be used for another draw.

When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be printed and distributed approximately one month prior to the event.

What is included with my ticket?
With every ticket to the competition, fans have complimentary access to the world famous Patch where the party rocks all week long – with a great selection of live bands, food and beverages.

Fans also have the chance to meet the athletes at Team Autograph sessions and informal Up Close and Personal interviews.

Where is the Patch located?
The Patch is located just a short distance from the Scotiabank Saddledome in the Stampede Park Big Four Building.

Is the Patch open to the public?
A same day ticket is required to gain entry to the Patch.
