About the Event – 2025 Pointsbet Invitational

October 1 – 5, 2025
WINSPORT EVENT CENTRE, Calgary, AB.
Curling Canada

World-class event for fans from across the globe to enjoy!

In a brand-new format, 10 men’s and 10 women’s teams from across Canada will compete in two five-team round-robin pools, seeded by their 2024–25 Canadian Team Ranking System results. Seven of the competing teams qualified by virtue of making the field for the 2025 Montana’s Canadian Curling Trials, while the other three teams are the top team of the 2024-25 Canadian Team Ranking System that didn’t qualify for the Montana’s Trials, the top-ranked team in Curling Canada’s NextGen Under-27 program that didn’t qualify for the Montana’s Trials, and the champion of the 2025 New Holland Canadian Under-20 Curling Championships. Teams will be ranked by points, and the top team in each pool will advance directly to the championship games on the final day of the event.
