We specialize in all things iceless curling, one of the fastest growing sports worldwide, accessible to all ages and abilities. Rock Solid Productions is looking for an entry-level account manager to join us at a ground level as we grow iceless curling, getting us closer to our goal of global curling domination!

A bit about us:

Our specialized iceless curling equipment is used around the world, from Australia to Argentina, Canada to Croatia, and everywhere in between. Our Street Curling ( rinks can be found in bars, entertainment centres, agencies, cruise ships, resorts, municipalities, and more. If you can think it, we can probably put a Street Curling rink on it, or in it. Imagine curling at your local bar or getting beachgoers throwing rocks beside the water. Bar Curling, Beach Curling, call it what you want, we can put rinks anywhere!

Ready to sweep us off our feet? As part of our team, you will:

Serve as the lead point of contact for all post-sale customer account management matters
Ensure the client has all documentation pertaining to their purchased product
Assist with client questions, requests or issue escalations as needed
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities
Build and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets
Assist with occasional in-person events
Have the opportunity to grow the role into a sales and business development position
Help in various other aspects of the business if needed (since we are a small team!

You’re perfect for this role if you:

Have prior experience in customer service, account management, and/or sales
Excel in verbal and written communication skills
Are comfortable working with CRM software (e.g. Zoho, Hubspot, Salesforce)
Can handle multiple client accounts at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Are not afraid to cold call if needed. What we do is amazing, but most of the world doesn’t know about it – yet.
Are cool to work remotely with frequent team meetings in the Greater Toronto Area.
